Who has the hardest jab? Wladimir Klitschko ( he could keep anyone behind his jab all night)
Who has the fastest jab? Floyd Mayweather Jr ( The speed that mayweather throws at is atonishing, epecially in slow motion)
Who uses the jab most effectivly? Wladimir Klitschko ( He could win a fight just using his left)
Who has the most underated jab? Miguel Cotto ( Good when he uses it, clean an effective, he even kept pacquiao at bay for a while at the start with it)
Who would benefit the most if he was a better jabber? Shane Mosley ( Excellent Boxing skills, never used the jab due to be quite a banger especially with his right hand, had he used his jab more, who knows)

hardest and most effective: definitely Wlad, dude's jab is a KO weapon.
fastest: defintely Khan, dude's jab is IMO the quickest in the game and to boot it's not one of those quick flicking jabs or anything like that, it has legitimate pop to it.
most underrated: probably cotto.
would benefit the most from using it more: paul williams of course. Considering that the man has hearns like reach you'd think he would use it to bring his outside game up to a new level..
