Yep and the fact that Kessler fought Calzaghe, Ward and Froch and said Mundine’s jab was the best he faced that is impressive. I believe he said Calzaghe was the best all round but Mundine had the best jab.
Not on the List. Donkey Windmiller after getting taught by an ATG to jab in a car park I jest by the way. After what Bivol did to Canelo I go for him, closely followed by Inoue
I always liked Bud's jab, especially as a southpaw. He uses it really well to set up his power punches, everything he does is set up by the traps he sets with the lead hand and jab. Really intelligent and economical use of the jab. Shakur's got a great jab as well, much to everyone's dismay, he decided to win his last fight using nothing but his jab, but his ability to control lead hand engagements, measure the distance, and set up his combinations with the jab are all top-notch imo.
Great shout. If Mundine's was bullets in the night, Paul's is the bouncing bomb smashing apart that dam in the Ruhr, and it's also the tea and muffins the crew had the morning after, and the dog with the rude name.
What type of jab we talking here Using jab the best for gauging distance and timing Using jab for setting up other punches Using jab because it’s a jackhammer and breaks people? Using lingering jabs to impede opponents vision?
