what kind of ******** argument using nearly 50 year old George foreman edging out Schultz is this? that would put you straight on multiple ignore lists.

or were you being ironic, apologies if I missed that.

You don't do the things Foreman did if you don't have skills. Foreman also fought fairly with his fists and didn't take illegal performance enhancers, unlike the prolific cheat Wlad.

Edging out? George needed a robbery to beat a guy he literally had to bribe the IBF to get ranked in the first place....then dropped the title instead of giving him a rematch

    sure

do you think that validates the argument that wlad is better than foreman because they share a common opponent in axel Schultz?

yes or no would be good. clue - no.

    I have noted overall careers.
Now I think Foremans win over Frazier is very good, his wins over Norton and Moorer are also good, but when I look at the overall picture for Wlad which includes WBA HW champ Haye, undefeated WBA regular champ Povetkin, undefeated future WBC HW champ Peter, IBF/WBO HW champ Byrd, former WBO HW champ Brewster, undefeated WBO champ Ibragimov, undefeated never lost WBA title in the ring Chagaev, former HW champ Botha, former HW champ Mercer, then throw in other undefeated contenders in Brock, Pianeta, Wach and then K Johnson, Barrett, Bostice, McCline, T Thompson, Schulz etc to name a few, I go for Wlad as an overall

Not sure who failey is but it seems you are yet another who gets very insecure when it comes to Calzaghe. But hey heres one for you. Foreman lost to Holyfield, who lost to Toney, who lost to Jones who lost to Calzaghe :hi::good

    :rofl
All you're doing is typing out names from his boxrec page.

Brewster blasted Wlad out in 5 rounds you clown.

He should of been DQ' against Povetkin and 'former champ' means nothing when they were from the previous generation.:patsch

Nah, I was entertained to see the Foreman-Schulz bout framed like that, as I always am when it's portrayed as George being a poor old man who just edged it.

It's not relevant to the argument at large, just comical given the actual circumstances surrounding that fight.

Wlad clearly beat Brewster in a rematch and watch the first fight again and you will see Wlad was clearly beating Brewster before he just seemed to dip.
I think the holding was terrible against Povetkin, but then many think Foreman lost to Schulz who Wlad KOd.
You are right about the previous generation thing to a degree, but which former HW champ wasnt still considered top 20 when Wlad beat them?
