Liddell has a great shout purely because of the amount of names irrespective of losses. Fedor of course. And Dan Henderson.
I don't see an argument for Liddell, considering his wins to losses ratio in big fights. I don't see an argument for Fedor, because outwith his big two opponents (Nog & CC) his resume does not have the depth. Hendo is a fair shout, but I don't see his res matching that of Big Nog or GSP.
By a mile, he's fought almost everyone of note in the time period. So the thread title should be, who's got the 2nd best resume in MMA
You couldn't be more wrong. Find me another heavy let alone another fighter who's resume boasts wins over 5 former champions. In addition Fedor beat a slew of guys on his way up. And he didn't just beat them he destroyed them. That list includes the likes of Schilt, Herring, Goodridge etc all of whom were considered top heavyweights back then.
Hella yeah, Im looking at it now, aside from the big name mother****ers even got a who's who of under/mid card fighters too
Resume quality isn't just about who you fight, it's about your wins and losses. Did Horn beat enough of the top guys he fought to have the greatest resume in MMA history? :think
No I must insist on being even more pedantic, and correcting your error. Best resume takes into account both wins and losses, obviously.
