I dont dismiss what Jones did there, but dont think the Toney win was as great as you think.
When you say Record. Yeah I agree and Eubank had a better record than Toney when Jones and Collins beat them respectively

when it comes to joe , bailey is blinded
if anyone can explain the , [earn your shot] then [ its about the money man ] good money gets put on the table then [its about the legacy man] then its bring a title to the table he did [then im moving up in weight ]

then there is the issue of having ward syndrome

So you think Eubank was faded during every defence at SMW . Loudon thats even good for you.
Benn didnt retire, but one SD loss to a fighter who would go on to win a world title at SMW again and he was faded, even though Malingas style caused him problems previously :patsch.
You forget also Toney could have a loss to Tiberi, Johnson, S Williams and thats not all of them

yes, the lb 4 lb list is mythical unlike the hard stated facts you list  do me a favor since the lb 4 lb list is mythical. please don't ever mention it in any of your arguments from here on out. i don't want to hear how high joe was on it or how high hopkins was ranked when joe beat him. remember it's all mythical and doesn't count.

Calzaghe, RJJ has Toney which is the best win, but for Resume Calzaghe beat a prime Kessler, Bika is still a champion years later and a very solid fighter, Destroyed Lacey and his win over Eubank is vastly underrated.

Is ward syndrome where you believe ward never has/is/can/ do anything wrong and that it's always someone else's fault and that his no dirtier than any other fighter?

    Again, CIRCUMSTANCES.

Roy's win over Toney, was better than Collin's win over Eubank.

    Why?

Because Toney had just knocked out Littles and Williams, and was 26 years old and undefeated.

He was also one of the best fighters on the planet and it was Roy's first big fight at 25.

Eubank on the other hand, had seen better days.

Again, Steve Collins didn't fight the version of Eubank that had beaten Watson and Eubank.

    Everyone knows that.

What you're doing is, highlighting Eubank's best work, and then telling us all that Collins beat Eubank.

On paper, Collins's wins looks great. But in reality, they weren't.

I don't live in Europe so I can't really speak about it, but here in America, the P4P rankings are a pretty big deal.

Being recognized as the P4P best or even arugably the best, does not only give you negotiating leverage, but It is used to market fights.

So you think Dawson was a good win at SMW? C'mon if Ruiz beat Jones it would of been looked at as a **** win over a smaller guy. Jones though was an anomaly in the sport and put on a clinic on Ruiz. I wish he retired after. Dawson isn't a very good win anyway. Wards best win is def Froch!

    Calzaghe has the best resume!
    Jones best singular win!

I said that Eubank wasn't the same after the Watson tragedy. That's an opinion also shared by many others, including Eubank himself and Barry Hearn.

    Benn did retire.

He then made a comeback after Malinga, and admitted afterwards it was a huge mistake.

Collins never fought the versions of Benn that had fought Eubank etc. Surely you realise that?

Back on topic, I've no real issue with Joe being top of the list. But again, he fought at the weight for 14 years, and had 44 fights there. He should have the best resume.

Dawson was not a good win because he was rumored to be getting knocked out in sparring and looked horrible at the weight, not because he had not done anything there. Had Dawson looked more like himself and given Ward a fight, it would be a good win.

Ruiz beating Jones would have been huge for Ruiz.. Roy was thought of as invincible.. It would have shocked the boxing world.
