It's hard to say. What makes a good resume? is it the number of top level fighters a boxer has fought win, lose or draw? Or is it the number of top level fighters a boxer beats? Also what about how a boxer beats his oponents? Should more points be given to a boxer who domates his opoents than to one who wins a close fight?
John Ruiz has the best resume of active fighters in terms of best talent met in the ring. He of course didnt win them all.
He beat two legends, Jeff Lacy, Mikkel Kessler, Robin Reid and many others. He a resume second only to Muhammad Ali.
