Who has the better heavyweight resume: Adamek or Ror Jones?

All due respect to Adamek, but Arreola is one of the slowest and technically inept HWs out there. Also Arreola comes off a loss and is not even - and has never been HW champ.

Ruiz on the other hand was champion, was winning.

Thirdly, Roy didn't even have time to bulk up like Adamek has.

It is Roy by far. But Adamek is just starting at HW, so that could change.

 

WTF?? it would be a complete rerun of dawson/adamek minus the knockdown! adamek couldnt do a damn thing to RJJ, his good chin would only mean a lop-sided 12 round thrashing.

Its actually debatable, the magnitude of Roy's only win outweighs any single Adamek heavyweight fight by a good margin. I voted for Adamek though.

 

I rate jones high but not for his performance against ruiz , actually it was pretty boring fight , with jones not doing much and ruiz doing completely nothing , just standing there and waiting god only knows for what. Its funny also how ppl now see "prime" ruiz as something special. Wake up ppl ruiz was never that good.
