Glass chins don't matter when you're jab keeps your opponent from hitting you all night...

I like Haye, but nearly EVERY ADVANTAGE goes to Klitschko in this one.

    1) Klitschko is natural at heavyweight, Haye is not
    2) Klitshcko has the superior jab - watch the boring, yet technically sound, Wlad vs Iggy fight
    3) Klitschko is taller, stronger, heavier, etc...
    4) Klitschko has the better professional resume
    5) Klitschko has the better amateur resume

Wlad's weak chin is almost entirely neutralized by the fact that he's fighting a guy that doesn't hit as hard as a natural heavyweight, and he isn't even a one-punch guy at Cruiserweight, either. Secondly, Haye is going to have a VERY TOUGH time getting past the jab to even reach Wlad's chin.

The only edges I give to Haye are speed (obviously) and heart. Wlad has seemed to lack a little fire in his last few fights (maybe because he has had to fight so many B-rate contenders), and Haye is as hungry as they get right now. Haye has a huge mountain to climb, so make it easier on him by getting off his nuts.

I agree with almost everything but I think Haye's speed is a bit over rated. Who throws a faster 1-2 than Wladimir? How long did it take for Wlad to throw 4 or 5 left hooks at Austin's melon? Haye may have more overall speed but I think he lacks the technique to land anything significant. Effective speed is what I'm talking about.

Haven't seen enough of Haye to comment on his defense, but no way his jab is even in the same league as Wladimir's. Wlad is going to horrify Haye. Haye is going to learn very quickly that he's challenged a monster. All credit to Haye though, he looked pretty awesome at cruiserweight, but his stamina is a huge problem and the move to heavyweight will only make it worse. His chin is also suspect.

First of all I'm not a fan of either, I'm neutral, don't dislike them nor do I really like them.

It has been 5 years since Wlad has been down and he is a different fighter now. He doesn't take chances wich make his fights a boring but he is effective.

haye is fast, he can hit but I wouldn't exactly call him a technician, he will get off ballance jumping in to land loaded up shots. He has a chance if he can touch Wlads chin.

Wlad is gonna play it very safe, he will keep Haye at the end of the jab all night and clich when Haye gets inside.

So in order for Haye to win he has to hope to land a big shot from the outside wich is very difficult to do against this versiion of Wlad............good ****ing luck.

Why do you think he is talking so much ****. He is trying to **** Klit off, get him out of his fight plan and to be more aggressive than he should be, well that and to sell the fight.

This is a joke, right ?

If there is anything Wlad CANNOT do, it's a good long overhand right or hook. He throws a right that is not straight at times, but it's always a short hand like the one he KOed Brock with, jumping into it.

Defense is a good question. Ibragimov didn't connect ONE real punch because of Wlads forearm deflection against hooks, leaning back against straight punches, and tieing up approach. It's not a textbook bob & weave defense, or one that allows to counter, which is on one hand the drawback but on the other hand negates taking risks of counters being mistimed eating punches instead. Wlad countered very well in the past, but abandoned it completely to deny chances to get in huge punches when missing. Nevertheless, it's an effective defense.

I dont really like Wald and i hope Haye crush him, but this is RIDICULOUS:nut. Maybe Haye got a chance vs Wlad but from what i've seen, Haye is an all out fighter and defense dont seem to be is main specialty.

Haye control the fight with his jab......:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Do you think Mormeck or Barrett would've knocked Wlad down? Manny is just hyping the fight for financial reasons, nothing wrong with that.
