I'd say Parker has the slightly better resume but would favour Wilder by KO if they fought.

Parker, and its Wilder's fault. Wilder is a belt milking fraud

More or less even. If I were to rank their wins, I'd put Takam at #1 and Stiverne at #2. Ruiz, Szpilka, Washington, Fury, Duhaupas, Molina, Dimitrenko are about even.

Ruiz might prove to be the best of the bunch, but he needs to get his ass in the ring.

''He [Parker] even came to my fight for nothing, but he really don’t want that. He is no threat at all. He’s not a dangerous fighter. He’s at the bottom of the champions that’s fighting second-tier fighters. He wanna stay out of harm’s way for as long as possible and it’s sad. But I want both of those guys, man. I want them so bad to unify this division. That’s all I wanna do is unify. And then, after that everybody can line up.”

I like Deontay but it's not even close. Not close at all. Parker has better fundamentals is just as fast or faster, but lacks power due to not getting a running start on his punches like Deontay

I like Deontay, too. And it's not close. Wilder has the better resume.

Parker arguably lost to both Ruiz Jr and Hughie. Parker looked listless against that late sub Cojanu (who was humiliated in an ESPN tourney).

Think any of those guys SURVIVE against Wilder? Think Hughie slaps and dashes away against Wilder? Think Cojanu survives three minutes? Think stationary, cinder block Ruiz doesn't get the side of his head caved in?

Wilder's been beating the WBC's contenders and he knocks them all out. Parker fights WBO contenders and he gets gift decisions. So people think Parker's opponents are tougher, because they aren't leaving the ring on a stretcher.

It's ridiculous. Ruiz got a gift decision over Sergei Liakhovich after Wilder left Liakhovich literally convulsing on the floor. Parker's opponents aren't any better, and Parker is depending on judges to bail him out against these guys.

Not only that, but Wilder still managed to overwhelm opponents while suffering two broken hands and a torn bicep in title fights.

If Wilder fought all of Parker's opponents, Wilder would be 24-0 with 24 knockouts. If Parker fought Wilder's oppponents, Parker not only wouldn't have won the WBC title he'd have a handful of losses by now.

And if Parker tore his bicep and broke two hands in fights, he'd have even more losses. Parker looks less impressive each time out. I question his desire. He couldn't even rise up to the occasion and stop that mope Cojanu, who had no business in the ring with him. I'll be surprised if he survives 2018 as the WBO champ.

I think people show up to a Wilder fight and see him struggling to sell tickets. They realise the cash on offer isn't worth the risk of losing a belt - so there is some truth to what he is saying.
