Skill = Abilities that can be learned.

Talent = Abilities which are inbuilt that you cannot learn.

RJJ would be the more TALENTED fighter, not the more skilled.

    Anyways, resume is obviously Pea.

I feel Whitaker had the better resume with names like Azumah Nelson, Chavez, and De La Hoya on his CV. Still, you could argue that Whitaker officially failed to defeat two of those names, whereas Roy Jones handily defeated his two greatest opponents: Hopkins and Toney, who will both be inducted into the Hall of Fame one day.

I don't know Whitaker or Jones' careers inside out though so if you want a definitive answer, look for fans of the two.

I understand that but officially at least it will say that he was 0-1-1 against Hoya and Chavez. Personally, there is no better highlight to watch than Pernell Whitaker. The guy was as skillfull as any fighter in the history of boxing, but his style also cost him some decisions, right or wrong.

As I said, I honestly don't know what I'm talking about when it comes to Pea.
