Usyk is undefeated and 6-0 againt top 5, two of them arguably the best of their era after Usyk. Vitaly can't really match that. Neither can Bowe, I think, even if you accept the on paper Ws against Golota. You can always make the case for Bowe on his two wins against an ATG, though. But I don't see one for Vitaly.
Bowe defeated Holyfield twice. On top of that he only has 3 Top 10 wins. Vitali's resume is the weakest out of 3. Best wins are Peter and Sanders and overall only 6 wins against Top 10 competition (3x Top 5). Usyk has Fury twice, AJ twice and Dubois twice. 5 Top 5 wins. He's edging it in my book.
