Sky could well get rid of Boxing not just Matchroom, people need perspective I feel, the money just isn't there to put on big fight after big fight.

Expectation seems to get higher with each passing week with no justification, the rose tinted glasses people look through when judging the previous era is laughable.

Well i don't know for sure but alot of bars and pubs in my area have Boxnation which is always a good indicator it's doing pretty good.

If you think Simpson-Choi in 2013 is a better fight then Walsh-Harrison then you're off your head...had it taken place in 2009 then that's a different story.

    Are you high?

Harrison has barely fought in 7 years.

He's had a couple of fights since coming back, he may not be the Scott Harrison of 2004 but what makes this fight so intriguing is to see if Harrison can still produce some of his former magic and turn back the clock despite his crazy life and jail time and we all know Walsh has been in some great domestic fights so it's a recipe for a potential domestic fight of the year as there's so much riding on the fight for both guys.

If you honestly can't see why this fight is a "must watch" then you're as dumb as the guy in your picture.

Yeah resort to insults, that makes your argument more valid.

Just out of interest, if the fight turns out to be poor and Walsh wins comfortably do you think its fair to criticise Frank?

I didn't actually insult you...i said if you can't see why it's a "must watch" fight then you'd be like Dougal but i think you're a good poster and boxing fan plus seem fairly intelligent so i'm pretty sure you'll be watching it on saturday night.

Of cause you can't criticise Frank if it turn's out to be a crappy fight...on paper it's a very good match-up and make's the card much better for it, like any fight it may not live up to it's potential.

So any poster who leans slightly towards Frank in debates must be on the payroll? I've always said i'm a fan of Boxnation and that's all. I couldn't give two ****s about promoters whether it's Frank or Hearn...both are two cheeks of the same arse but i do try to give some perspective on this forum especially for the worship some here have towards Hearn and the utter hate for Frank.

I was a teenager in the 1990's which was a great era for British boxing and most of the best show's and fights were put on by Frank so of cause i'm going to feel a bit more sympathetic towards him especially since i'm a self confessed Boxnation fan and want to see it do well.

Love Eddie and dislike FW massively, but the latters card is better by a distance.

I agree you can't criticise Frank but Matchroom received a fair bit of grief over the Bellew fight when on paper it was 50-50 and was looked forward too by many on here.

I think all in all both cards are average, you'd struggle to put on an excellent card taking the best from both shows combined.

I think the next few weeks will be big for Hearn because if the Froch undercard isn't top notch then he will get abuse and to be fair when your charging ppv prices you have to take it.

Hopefully a well prepared Kevin Mitchell will be a part of the show.

In fairness those expectations were given to us by Eddie Hearn. He promised no more shows like the one coming up on Saturday. Even though I personally think it's a good show, its below the standard we have been expecting.

Harrison is a completely shot, alcoholic that's spent 4 of the past 8 years in Prison and the other 4 pissed and Walsh is a really good fighter.

Cardle v Hughes is 2 undefeated prospects going up against one another.
