Oscar was awarded victories over a ATG in Whitaker & a very good Quartey. He also has real wins over a aging Chavez twice, and Vargas. It's DLH easily.

 

I agree he lost both Quartey and Whitaker fights, but he should have been awarded wins in the Trinidad and second Mosley fights, to non-ancient fighters at the time.
