Who has the better win now: Cotto or Margarito?

I don't think we'll ever know.Too many second guesses.

 

I'll play it safe and pick even, too many variables, like plaster, eye, decline, etc

 

Cotto. He didn't cheat.

 

They're both well-earned wins.

 

Cottos win has no real question marks attached to it, margarito and nysac (im sure arum had a lot to do with this though) said he was ok to fight, thats their decision and should in no way affect cottos victory and much less take credit away. Not to mention the revenge factor which was evidently shown in cottos post fight stare, make it all that much sweeter.

 

I haven't seen the rematch yet, but Maragito grinded a man down till the point he broke him mentally and made him quit. That has to be taken into consideration here.

 

Too many guesses but the only conclusion to me now after watching the second fight is..

If both fighters were in their prime, Cotto would never beat Margarito

 

Margaritos is better in that they were both at their peak but theirs still question marks over it and Cottos cleaned up in his win.

i think margo's is the better, it was a better fight and neither had taken massive beatings at that point whereas both had taken two big beat downs by the time of the second fight

 

Margaritos, he made Cotto quit.

 

Prime Margo made Prime Jotto QUIT! LMAO.. Cotto will always be Tony's *****!! That circus act last night changes nothing!

Margarito's victory will always have an asterik next to it, ALWAYS. He is a shame for the true Mexican legends that have actually made their legacies in a legit way with blood and guts. Margarito is a true black eye to the sport.
