I'm just being cautious with this.

Khan has shown he is vulnerable in the ring, and although he appears to have improved in certain areas he hasn't fought a brawler of the calibre of Maidana yet. I agree to a point though, in that I can see Khan putting Maidana down on his ass - the only problem is, that may be the most dangerous part of the fight; when Khan goes to "finish" Maidana off, he may run into something that turns his lights off. What people saw as vulnerability in the Ortiz fight (the kd's) I saw as good recovery on Maidana's part. Khan needs to be like Ricardo Lopez in this fight: Hurt your man, but don't go in for the kill until your absolutely sure he has nothing left. Fight to the gameplan.

Yeah the fact Khan hasn't been in with a proper search and destroy fighter like Maidana might bite him on the arse. Roach will know this though and I'm sure he has a few high pressure fighters in the gym ironing that side of Amir game out.

Confidence is huge thing to worry about with Amir as well one knockdown and Khan might go balls to the wall to get him out. He seems the fighter that would do that looking at his past fights as he usually doesn't let them off the hook. Will be interesting to see if he can change that like you said.

Would love to watch this fight if I was a big Khan fan it will be heart in the mouth stuff from start to finish. I suppose all his fights will be until he gets cracked by a puncher and stays up.

Both very tough challenges, not that much between them but I'd say Khan. Based on the fact Maidana is a lot more proactive than Abraham. I was saying this would be easy for Amir but having studied Maidana a little more I'm having my doubts now.

Khan has the tougher imo. Unlike AA, Maidana goes for the kill from the opening bell and Khan has not shown Frochs ability to take a dig.
