    Haye, Wlad and Chambers have the fastest hands at hw. Wlad and Chambers throw the power right hand straighter so they get to the target sooner. All three throw a quick left hook as well.

    Pacman, Williams, Calzaghe and Dawson are impressive south of 200.

    dont see how people can say Mosley @147...when Cotto fought him his hands were much faster

    LHW: Dawson....some would say Slappy but his are slaps and arm punches...hate to admit this but at this point, Calzaghe's hands are clearly fsater than Roy's.

    I don't know about that. It seems Pacman is a lot more faster when and where it counts...
