    Absolutely, that heart was endearing - and I have to respect his lack of quit.

    At the same time, I do have to acknowledge that Fury was clearly out of shape and still a fairly comfortable winner - so whilst Wilder earns kudos with me for showing heart, confirming that #2 wasn't just a lucky clip (which happens at heavy) and more by losing to a worse version of Fury truly confirms that there was at least a level between the two fighters.

    I'm absolutely sure you're right, it'll be in the conversation.

    And when you break it down, there will always be question marks given the lack of iron chins on his resume... But those points of argument and doubt, if anything, make it more likely that the argument will endure.

    If he can knock Parker out, it'll be a significant boost to the argument in his favour... Though even there, there will be questions about whether Joe broke it ready for him - such is the nature of boxing discussions!
