Where's Julian on the list.....Hearns....Randell Bailey....Fitz?

 

Hearns pound for pound, that right hand was a nuclear bomb.

 

As far as one-hitter quitter power, Hearns and Julian Jackson are far greater P4P than anybody I've ever seen. Doesn't mean an old school guy wasn't better, but that is as far as my experience goes.

I'll take Shavers in this poll. He absolutely comatized guys and didn't need 9+ rounds of pawing to wear him down.

Pound for pound, it has to be Fitzsimmons. How many other guys who started out as a modern day lightweight would Knock out THE Heavyweight champion with 1 punch?

Of that list, Shavers, Foreman and Louis stand out.

 

Wladimir i think, although it hasnt exactly been tested against a very high calibre of opponent a guy of his weight and relative speed equals a pretty concussive right hand.

Gentleman Big George is one of my very favorites but he had very few real Kos. But good mention anyhow.

 

Shavers? Who did he ever KO? Every fighter on that list has better KO's than Shavers has. :roflatsch
