    arum is the investor. whoever he thinks makes more sense financialy, hell go for it. boxers weigh in on how much purse a promoter can gurrantee regardless if the promoter doesnt break even.

    Basically arum proposes a few fighters to freddie roach and asks him which will be easuest fight for manny with most reward etc fredie will watch their last two fights and give arum the go ahead.
