And the sharper, more accurate puncher. Another example for my contention that crude (or concussive) power punching is overated.
Michael Katsidis deserves mention....every punch he throws has bad intensions attached to them and he kind of reminds me of Mike Tyson.
Jantuah was a devastating puncher at 154, and a pretty damn good puncher at 160. He deserves to be mentioned, I've seen him knock decent opponents out cold with a single punch, he's dangerous! People will look up his record and only see 20 KO's from 31 wins, but they should check him up on youtube, he does have great power :good
He has yet to impress me w/ his devastating KO power, he's an accumulative force aswell, but you're right.. he's got some mean intentions, and is probably the most exciting fighter out there today :happy
So those guys have good chins. It doesn't change the fact that this guy has incredible power for a MW now does it? And one punch power doesn't necessarily mean a fighter is the strongest now does it?
You are comparing two decades of work to who today's (meaning a snap shot of right now) best punchers are.
As far as true one punch power goes, in no particular order... David Haye Rafael Marquez Kermit Cintron
Yes, he has extremely good power, I've never said anything different. When he gets them hurt, they probably aren't going to survive As it happens, Abraham hits similarly hard. It's just he's a lazy ****er and fails to put punches together Dunno what you are rambling on about here
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Oi5uqwc0m4 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ePzlYkF72g Here's some of Jantuah's big KO's @ 154. He's even been down at 140, so you can imagine what his power was like down there :yikes
David Haye I would say, Enzo Maccarinelli is up there aswell. Can't wait to see them fight, the referee better keep back, or he is going down. :yep
