I thought there were only 4 major belts, I think that GGG should face Jacobs first to take his belt away, why is Jacobs the Champion? Then get Canelo's belt in September even if Canelo just want to give it to him. BJS would be the last belt to take.

Golovkin is the super WBA champion, which is the highest in WBA hierarchy.

Jacobs only owns WBA "Regular" belt, which is the same belt Chagaev has at heavyweight, or Braehmer at LHW.

Golovkin cannot take WBA "Regular" belt from Jacobs, because if Golovkin beats him, that belt would just become vacant and another two contenders would fight for it, therefore someone else will be awarded WBA "Regular" champ.

The belts table at the moment @ 160 is the following:

WBA - Gennady Golovkin
WBC - Saul Alvarez
IBF - Gennady Golovkin
WBO - Billy Joe Saunders

so he was able to avoid GGG
Why do you think Sturm tired to unify vs Geale rather than fight his mandatory ?

His plan was to lay down the WBA super belt and keep the IBF belt.
That's why he fought an IBF eliminator vs Soliman next
