I think people who voted for Calzaghe in this poll don't actually believe he is worst, it is just their "hate" on the man that's made them vote that way.

But even so, it's ridiculous to pick Slappy over jcc jr, valero etc.

 

JCC Jr followed by Linares and Valero.

 

You could also read this poll as most over-rated in order, based on who gets the most votes to who gets the least...
So, according to this poll Linares is the least over-rated or least known of all the fighteres mentioned. I will asume it's the latter option.
