Or I should ask, which group did you enjoy watching more, the one with; Barrera, Morales, Pacman, Marquez or Duran, Hearns, Leonard, Hagler? No poll, just discuss who you enjoyed watching more. These two groups of 4 will always be mentioned as a package group. There is no mentioning one without the other three.
Out of those two groups it's got to be Hagler, Hearns, Duran and Leonard but for me my favorite " forever linked " fighters i loved watching were the british trio of Nigel Benn, Chris Eubank and Michael Watson. Remind me of my youth when i really got into boxing and they made the country sit up and take notice of boxing again. Got alot of kids into the fight game over here them 3.
Leonard for me. Love his blinding speed. It was so huge when he came back after that layoff and fought hagler. That was ****ing big. No tune up or **** all.
****, that's a hard one. My dad showed me the Fabulous Four when I was younger, but I didn't really get to appreciate them because I was so young, and had to rewatch many a bout to understand why he showed me them when I was young. Whereas, I kind of grew up watching the Barrera, JMM, Morales, Pacquiao era. I had to catch up on certain bouts, but I wasn't too far behind the times as I was compared to the previous. So the 2000's crew, as McGrain calls them :good
