Who here believes Pac vs Mayweather will not live up to all the anticipation?

It will probably be a disappointment due to Floyd's safety first style.

It'll live up to anticipation for Floyd fans but not emmanuel fans.

Floyd can throw combinations if he wants. It's usually 2 and occassionally 3. He'll throw more if you're open to being punished like Hatton and Zab.

emmanuel doesn't know how to fight on the inside, but Floyd is excellent in pocket.

 

It will be a Calzaghe vs Hopkins type fight.
Pac being Calzaghe and Hopkins being Floyd.

 

It depends on who wins.

If Pac wins, it will be because he imposed his style on Floyd, which is a high action, past-paced, crowd-pleasing style.

If Mayweather wins, it will be because he imposed his style on Pac, which is a slow-paced, low accuracy, high-counter chess match where every round looks the same.

Should have explained that better. I mean he'd make Pac miss a lot and fight off counters.

 

The last counterpunching artist emmanuel fought, Marquez, was controlling his workrate. Marquez cut it down to only 52 per round. Calzaghe was able to "win" against Hopkins via workrate. Hopkins was too old to control Calzaghe. Try another analogy.

 

i think it will.......Pac is an action packed guy...he wont let it be a complete snoozer.
