lol , and whens the last time you seen Floyd puts punches together like that? I'd agree with you that Floyd was a lot better back then.

watch this highlight with zab judah:

Notice, where is the lead left hooks that Floyd usually throws? Where's the shoulder roll? Where's that pull back counter people talk about? It isn't there because that stuff doesn't work on a southpaw. All the punches come from different angles. Floyd has to stand more upright and use a regular guard.

Also consider the fact that he throws just about as many punches as Josh Clottey. He's going to be looking for one right hand at a time while Manny is unloading combinations. The fact that Pacquiao is a southpaw with superior hand and footspeed will be a big factor.

All those shots that Judah was landing came primarily from working his jab. Since when has Pac effectively used his jab to set up anything? You're also missing Floyd's ability to adjust! Zab's success lasted for a mere four rounds, lol!

Floyd's also gonna be on a year layoff and rusty. He already looked a bit sloppy against Mosley. Take all these things into consideration and not just the fact that he's undefeated.[/QUOTE]

The Clottey fight taught me he isn't much different buddy. When Manny was getting outboxed by JMM and EM he would repetitiously throww the same combinations over and over again till he found sucess. When Clottey wouldn't exchange with Manny it was the same deal. When people are under adversity thats when you can tell what kind of person they truly are. Like PW against Martinez Paul couldn't adapt and threw the same punches over and over again. I know Manny Pacquiao better than you. He can't adapt. He just out guns pal. Sure he leads with the lead right hook now. He's incorparated a rope a dope defense while he rests from throwing combinations. He's added a little bit. But I dont fall for the blossoming because I know the root. Youre not a real student of the boxing. You just a Manny fan without technical knowledge.:tong

the anticipation is too much of course it isnt going to live up to it, but to make prediction that it will be boring is ignorant.

The last time he put punches together like that was when he fought another southpaw, Zab Judah:

Here's Floyd opening up a cut on Hatton's face with a 4 punch combo:

    Against Mosley:

Your boy emmanuel wishes he could throw picture perfect textbook combinations alternating betweein downstairs and upstairs like this:

Zab won the 1st and 2nd round. Then the 12th round where Floyd decided to take his foot off the gas.

:dead ^ we can go round and round with semantics, but we all know that Floyd is not much a combination puncher. You can find small bits where he actually put 3 or 4 punches together (like when he had Hatton hurt, when he had Judah hurt, etc). But he's always been a guy who's more content to just throw one shot at a time, maybe two, and get away to avoid getting hit. He's even more selective today with his output then he used to be.

Void will never show up for a fight with Pac. Void wants to beat up another woman and it so appears he wants to beat up a small child also.

When is Roger's trial for beating up a woman? Do I see a pattern here?

You get proven wrong with visual evidence each time.

You AZZked when was the last time Floyd has put together punches, and you got shown out. For someone who's studying Floyd so much as the next opponent for emmanuel, you're missing out on too many things. Who the **** doesn't notice 8 and 9 punch combos?

^ ok you found what, 1 or 2 instances in a single fight where he put more then 2 punches together? maybe you shouldn't take what I ask for so literally. You can find anything if you look hard enough, the point is he's not a regular combination puncher, he's a selective puncher, aka potshot artist.

I suggest you try not to change the subject in attempt to save face. Just admit you didn't know what the **** you were talking about and go on with the night.

he does this all of the time. He said in the other thread Floyd doesnt have a consistent jab. I showed that he threw over 200 jabs in 3 of his last 5 fights. 100+ against south paw Judah.

He says that Floyd doesnt go to the body, put punches together, throw uppercuts, and when you show him evidence of it he runs away.

lol how am I changing the subject? Ok congratulations, you found 1 or 2 instances in a fight where Floyd put together a combination. Is that really proving anything me wrong here? Your playing with semantics and missing the obvious point that I made, not my fault.
