    Folks,

    Simple question, is ex 118 and 126 pound champion Lupe Pintor truly worthy of "Hall of Fame" notability in New York based on his record?

    Yes, he beat "Zarate, Owens, Davila & Juan Mesa," but he also lost about 14 fights---mainly near the end of his career....
