Have you actually stopped to have a look at this shithole of a country lately? If the government did offer voluntary deportation to Germany i'd be near the front of the queue. I spend a lot of time in germany and its a top place. I've got a lot more in common with the Germans than I have with haye and thats why I'm supporting wlad. A lot of people I know feel the same.
I've got mixed feelings about this fight. It would be satisfying to see Haye get battered. But it would be more exciting for the heavyweight divsion if Haye sparked Wlad out.
Offer them a few deutschmarks and they're happy to munch on the sauerkraut. That's German enough for me.
I'm not a big Haye fan but I think it will be good for boxing if he wins, like him or not he gets people talking about boxing
Will support my fellow country man even though he can be a bit of a big headed tosser at times. Wlad will spark him though.
This A) He's a boxer who plays his trade in Germany, the land of Sven Ottke and other hometown bores. B) Sultan Ibragimov
I will always support a british boxer against a foreigner so i will be supporting Haye . That said it would be very very funny if he got knocked out
I get the feeling it's one of those where, if Haye wins everyone will be cheering and if he loses everyone will be laughing.
Kind of agree with this, if he loses it isnt going to be gracefully, unforunately a scenario where he bravely battles to defeat or keeps on getting up just isnt going to happen because of his physical abilities. Similarly if he wins theres a good chance of an emphatic KO. This could be the difference between him being written off as a joke or the greatest heavyweight since Lewis.
I would love to see Haye win this. Would be great for boxing, but only if Haye will continue his career another year or two.
I like Wlad, class guy, but no way would I be cheering for Haye to get knocked out. Cocky as he is, I like Haye and I've gotta show a little patriotism here. Plus he's the underdog, gotta love the underdog right?
Can understand people wanting Haye to win based on nationality, but I dont agree that 'it'd be good for boxing' if he did. He's going to retire and Wlad is as professional a champion as you can get. I'd like to see Wlad win but now Haye's actually stepped up to fight IN GERMANY, he deserves credit from his haters.
