I’ve detailed my exact reasons for Loma winning rounds 2 and 6, and thus the fight, and those reasons are all valid. They’re far from excuses

I’ve gone through rounds 2 and 6 (and this the fight) comprehensively and time stamped significant punches landed in previous threads , you on the other hand have probably , one hand on the beer bottle, scored the fight with minimal attention.

Again, Ward and Crawford gave these rounds to Loma and for good reason. If you want to actually debate rounds 2 and 6 go for it, but all you’re doing is claiming delusion based on your lack of knowledge and poor judgement of rounds 2 and 6

You were claiming Lopez arm punches > Lomas head punches in rounds 2 and 6…gtfoh

I believe it was you also who stooped to low levels like shadow woudl do, giving credit for grazing punches lmao

OPs initial question is fair though, regardless how people think the fights should have been scored (I thought Loma beat Haney comfortably and on a rewatch of the Lopez fight I had Lopez winning 7-5)

But to pretend Lopez wasn't significantly bigger is disingenuous. The fight was contested at the weight it was contested at, and Lopez boxed beautifully, but in the context of the OPs question, I'm kinda struggling to think of many that Id confidently back to beat him more than 50% of the time. I love Morales but I don't think he can handle the angles, and Lomachenko is a much more complex southpaw equation to solve than Pac

The Lopez fight was close but he beat the living crap out of Haney and got completely fleeced by the judges

Ward and Crawford do not dictate boxing, some boxers felt Chisora beat Usyk when he clearly didn't.

Round was very close, Lopez dictated the pace for most of it and landed the better shots early on, Loma had a good flurry later on, the round could have been scored either way. Nothing wrong with scoring it for Lopez. Round 6 was also competitive and imo could have been scored either way.

Your entire argument is based on Loma clearly winning those rounds, which he didn't. Competitive fights are not robberies.

Lomachenko will go down as a great fighter who benefitted tremendously from insane levels of privilege. The guy got gifted title shots and complained every time he lost. Imo he has always been a sore loser.

The way I see it is

vs Salido if the ref was competent and did a proper job and penalized Salido for all the low blows then Loma should have won.

vs Lopez I had it 7-5 for Lopez. Loma has no one else to blame for this loss except himself, you cant spot your opponent the first 6 rounds and except to win unless you knock him out.

vs Haney yes he should of got the W but unfortunately got robbed by the judges, I had it 7-5 for Loma.

You need to get over this. Your opinion on the matter is not relevant given you can’t be unbiased given your love of Loma. He lost a close but clear decision. It happens.

Has Loma been wearing army boots lined with lead and pockets stuffed full of rocks at weigh-ins? What weight is he if not the weight he actually weighed in at?

My argument isn’t based on Crawford and Ward scoring those rounds to Loma, it’s just further evidence to my scoring of rounds 2 and 6 where Loma outlanded Lopez and landed cleaner shots, whereas Lopez was hitting gloves/elbows and shoulders - I have demonstrated this bit by bit in a previous thread.
Loma has a far better case for winning rounds 2 and 6

He already has lost fights. Loma is flashy and has lots of fanboys because of that, but he has been beaten

Teo beat Loma 100 percent fact. Worst game plan Loma could ever adopt. He beat himself. But that's on him. No way in hell that fight was a draw or a Loma win.

Now Haney he beat. For sure. To answer your question who could beat Loma? Spider Rico. Tommy '' The Machine '' Gunn and Ivan Krashinki from No Retreat No Surrender. Did you see the way he kicked Dean Shooting Star Ramsay out of the ring? The way he knocked Frank Peters out cold? How about that head butt on Fat Scott or the manner in which he crucified Seattle's Own, Their Champ Ian? Brother of Kelly who Jase was trying to nail. He is Russian after all so he speaks the lingo.

Ivan Krashinki wins after he choked Loma with the ring ropes and bashes the **** out of him to the body.

It isn't, they are just opinions as is yours (and mine). The rounds were competitive and again, the vast majority of observers who have watched the fight scored it for Lopez. It is really really time to move on from this one.
