    Sometimes a guy 168 pounds can hit harder than a guy 220 pounds. Point and case, Jeff " left hook " Lacy had the top PSI punch from the USA 2000 olympic class. If memory serves it was 1000.

    Those board shoulder guys who can whip the left hook can hit. The opposite is true, someone who's very big, will lose velocity, and won't punch to his weight.

    In very rare cases, overall the reverse is the usual.
    Even is the bigger guys does not have the speed he has the bigger mass,weight and strength so it is the same in the equation
