do you want that we will be sincere?, in 89-91 foreman would be a very dangerous rival for tyson at this time, but tyson would beat the foreman 93-97 extremely fat and slow by ud(i can not see tyson winning on foreman by ko never!!), foreman in the years 89-91 was in a better shape than he was in 93-97, and tyson was finished mentally after he lost against buster douglas in 1990. old foreman90-91 might well ko this tyson. are you serious when you said " Foreman would have not been a serious threat to Tyson at this stage"? please.... the styles are the boxing and george foreman even old foreman would be a hard match for tyson always!!!
prime vs prime the speed of mike and his defence would save him 1 or 2 rounds more than frazier. apart of it the fight would not be very different of (frazier vs foreman) in my mind. foreman would push back tyson
tyson might not do well his work because foreman would neutralize his style, tyson would be knocked down again and again.

I honestly think that even the post prison Tyson would have taken Foreman. Foremans reflexes were gone, and he was fighting reactivley. This is the kind of style that Tyson could have exceled against.

Not Foremans fault, he was an old man by then.

I dont think it would have been as quick as the Holmes fight, because Tyson was less explosive. The most likley result is the fight getting stopped late by the reff after Foreman takes one too many.

Foreman was a "battleship" fighter second time around. His chances against Tyson were not serious for me.

tyson post prison was hurt badly by past prime holyfield, the version of george 90-91 would ko this version of tyson no doubt in my mind. maybe this version of mike would beat the foreman who faced morrison and briggs.

what do you think about it?

the foreman who did face frazier and norton (exactly with the same Mentality) and the tyson who did beat berbick and spinks(exactly with the same mentality)

I think that a lot of Holyfields sucess was due to his ability to fight Tyson on the inside, combined with his reflexes. Simply put he beat Tyson at his own game.

The older Foremans style would play to Tysons strengths a lot more, and even then Holyfield had to put up one hell of a fight to win.

yes it is truth, really i think that evander holyfield, principally the prime holyfield 89-91 had every attribute to defeat a prime tyson. chin,stamina,skill,foot work, good power,heart.. the tyson fans usually say ·prime tyson would destroy holyfield" in my opinion it is a joke. of course a prime tyson with rooney would fight much better than he did but this fight would be very close.
