Who hit harder Max Baer or Rocky Marciano?

To be honest, Ive never been hit by either of them, so..

 

Yup, Baer's doc told him he needed something like 6-9 months for his hand to heal correctly, but didn't want to waste his chance with the Brown Bomber. I think he even got injected on his hand to take the pain away, but there was some interference and by the time he walked to the ring the pain cameback and it was unbearable. He said he did catch Joe once or twice with what could of been fight ending shots, but Joe didn't even flinch and each time he hit Joe it hurt like hell. He did say Louis was unlike anyone he ever fought tho. And Baer really wasnt a bad guy like many thought he might of been, but thats another story. I think his bro Buddy Baer gave Louis a helluva fight and he was half as good as Max.

 

Is it entirely outside the realm of possibility that these two hit exactly as hard as each other? :think
