Wlad Lewis Vitali / Bowe pretty close. I'd say that Bowe > Vitali overall for pure power on his punches but Vitali was much more accurate and usually didn't sit down on his shots as much.

It's a pointless question. These guys were experts at knocking out good fighters at the highest level. So Each are about as effective as each other. All of them knock you out. You are no less knocked out if it was by one or the other. Punching a machine to record force bares no relation to being able to replicate this in a ring. Far less than maximum force will knock a man out anyway. Who appeared to hit opponents harder? The answer is they all hit hard enough. Perhaps the way to word it might be who was the "better puncher" rather than "harder puncher".
Bowe Lewis Wlad Vitali Thats based on anecdotal evidence that cannot be disputed. LOL at Povtkin walking head first into Lewis and Bowe for 12 whole rounds non stop:nut
Lewis Wlad Bowe Vitali It's close between Lewis and Wlad, both had obvious one shot power but it's different depending upon each punch. Wlad has the harder left hook, but Lewis had the much harder uppercut, right hands are comparable, Wlad's had more snap while Lewis' had more leverage and force.
