Who hit hardest at heavyweight

So I never come to the General Forum... I decided to venture out of the Lounge to see if the GF has anymore credibility than before and what do I see? Wlad being ranked as the hardest hitting heavyweight.

I'm going back to the Lounge.

Joe Louis with one vote? and Wladmir with 33...higher than Tyson aswell

how the **** have people reached this damn conclusion?

i seriously cannot remember the last time wladmir took someone out with a single shot, or a combinations of punches that was the PRIMARY reason why the opponent got knocked out

all i remember is him fighting overweight or overmatched fighters, who end up gassing after 11 rounds and then fall flat on their face..NOT down to his power.....

how the hell are people comparing this to people like tyson....or joe louis.....

granted we can also question their quality of opposition, Joe Louis had his bum of the month club, but he didnt just take the bums out....he BLEW them out.....

tyson DESTROYED the guys he knocked out, and did it quick...with pure power....

wladmir shouldnt even be on this damn list

what's worse....... someone saying Karceno's videos are awesome, or saying Wlad is the hardest hitting heavy of ALL TIME :think

 

what i dont get is that the creator of this thread put wlad on the list...but not vitali.....

i mean i guess you guys can think of what i feel about wlad being on here on the first place......but surely if these fools have voted Wlad as the hardest hitting heavyweight, going by their rationale vitali should be number 2......

i mean he does exactly the same thing as Wladmir to get his KO's....

let me get hold of the bums around here, but cos they are fat slobs, il fight them at long range using my height and weight till they breathe heavy....and then il KTFO of em....

I didn't vote Wlad bit it's not laughable that he could be picked.

If you combine raw power with technical punching ability, he's up there with the best. He has fast hands and delivers very good, straight punches. The problem is, he's fought too many guys with no intention of fighting.

You also have to consider glove size. Shavers, Frazer, Liston, Foreman etc., used gloves that welterweights wear today. That's pretty huge.

That said, I picked Shavers but it's not beyond imagination that it could be Wlad.

 

Where the hell are the Klit joyboys defending their man?! Throughout this thread not a single klit worshipper has explained their decision or ridiculed those criticizing him.

That tells me its just them typical no knowledge nuthuggers who come on. vote. look at everyone being baffled by wlad's votes then ****ing off

how about tommy morrison....i reckon even HE hits harder than wlad.....

42 KO's in 5 rounds or less.....and countless 1 punch knockouts or combination knockouts

all klitschko does, VERY EFFECTIVELY, is use his height and reach to lean on the mediocre opposition he has faced (even if it is through no fault of his own), but is too pussyfied and lacks the RAW POWER to KO them with single shots of real combinations.....

 

Surprised at how many votes Klitschko is getting! I voted Foreman but I understand a lot of common opponents between him and Shavers tend to say Shavers hits harder.

last time i checked, the best indicator of hitting hard, was how many people you can KO, with a single punch, or with a combination of a few punches....

this does NOT include leaning and carrying lesser opposition for countless rounds, before 'knocking them out' atsch when they are on the verge of falling flat on their faces...

i can commend wlad for improving his boxing skills, and using his height and reach well...

but on this particular thread....he does not belong with the other names mentioned on that list whatsoever
