Who hits harder Floyd @ 147 or Witter @ 140?

Like many others I take Witter to punish Hatton. My only concern would be if Hatton could walk through Witter's power as admittedly Witter can struggle if a fighter really pressurizes him.

Hatton took Floyd's power up to a point. But how does Floyd's power compare to Junior's?

Witter probably has more power, depending on which mode he's fighting in. He's been more aggressive lately, and when he does he can really load up on his shots

Mayweather got him with accumulation plus a shot he didn't see and walked onto doubling the impact. Witter is capable of knocking guys clean out with one shot, as seen against Harris, I can't imagine Mayweather achieving that

Maywather didn't knock Hatton out because he had too much power. It was the speed of the punches. the ones which always do the most damage, are the ones a boxer doesn't see, such as Lewis/McCall or Ali/Cooper. Hatton easily took Mayweather's best unches, yet the ones he didn't see, KOed him.

A better question would be: Does witter hi harder than Tszyu? The answer to that is obviously "No". Witter is far more to Tszyu when it comes to punching form.

Witter hits harder than Mayweather and throws shots from funny angles that make them hard to see making them more damaging.

Witter hits harder with one punch than Floyd. And I'd pick him to beat Hatton by a clear decision, with a knockdown along the way.

This is the thing about boxing. James Toney may not have been an absolute pure brute power puncher. But have you seen the way he has knocked people out cold and senseless....NASTY..Why? because he'd counter you in a way that your body has no way of bracing itself for so when it lands your head takes 100% of the impact. And you don't need to get hit by a full loaded up shot to get ktfo expecially if its a counter shot. You don't have to hit hard to be a deadly puncher, you just gotta hit the right way!

If Hatton can get close to Witter then yes he is in trouble, but I'd be hoping Witter's power gets Hatton running like he did against Urango.

Mayrunner and hardhitting go together like socks and sandals.

You know Mayrunner is a weak puncher when the top minimumweight fighter has twice the KO % as the Void!
