Who hits harder Juanma or Gamboa?

Puertorricane, Gamboa has been slightly down just 3 times ( Jimenez, DeJesus and Gonzalez, the Ramirez knockdown was an elbow to the jaw )but has never been hurt as his knockdowns have been very fast " Gamboa has never been layed out on the floor ", those knockdowns have been Gamboa putting a knee or a glove on the floor and he has gotten up in the 1st count! So stop saying that he has been hurt, being hurt is when your knees shake and a fighter needs to hold on ( like JuanMa was doing against Mtagwa ), Gamboa has never been in a situation like that!

You are right though about one thing, people get so " passionate " with their favorite boxers that they become " blind " sometimes, so it's best to have a " un-biased and honest opinion " no matter from what Country the boxer comes from!

Lopez is overall the better fighter... but gamboa def has the stronger punch

 

Juan Manuel Lopez hits harder but slower nevertheless powerful.Gamboa is like a whirlwind puncher has very good power and phenomenal speed.This will come down to power/speed vs power/timing precision.J-LO is not going to out-speed Gamboa but he can time him.I favor Lopez.However Gamboa is getting better and Lopez doesn't look as impressive.Compu box numbers will have Gamboa landing at a crazy rate on Lopez i think.But one punch can end it. And lopez does have one punch power at his disposal.

 

Get the **** outta here with that bull**** you just spewed. Puerto Rico would have produced all the top fighters it has over the years whether it be Benitez, Ortiz, Gomez with or without Cuba's presence in professional boxing and Cuba aint the main powerhouse in boxing, you guys would struggle at this point to be on the level of Panama for example in pro boxing.

Puerto Rico has been in competition with Mexico who's the 2nd biggest with powerhouse in professional boxing with the USA being at number 1 and Puerto Rico still continues to produce world class fighters on the regular. Numbers don't lie.
