Forgot to write 'That I've seen/watched', I'll check these guys footage though since I don't watch the early 1900's much

There's footage of Wilde, and he looks quite good. I think against Simmonds.

There's also the Pancho Villa fight, but he was pretty shot, and a clip of him against Tancy Lee when he was sick.

If it's the "Classic" forum, the last bullet in the chamber is always Sam Langford.

Langford only stopped half the people he faced in the ring. Nearly 130 times, boxers either went the distance with Langford or straight up beat him.

Langford isn't the best puncher ever. He isn't even in the discussion.

    It's true. Deal with it.

The "Sam Langford Card" might work in a lot of classic debates. But not in who was the best puncher ever. Not when half his competition either went the full distance or beat him.

So a WW, who was also a ranked LW, with over a 100 stoppages at HW, with KOs over HoFers isn't in the discussion of best puncher ever?

Sam Langford wasn't a welterweight with a 100 kos at heavyweight. And he only stopped half the guys he did fight. Sorry. Not in this debate ... "clown."
