Who hits harder, Pac or Rios?

Pac hits hard he put Mosley down an he has a solid chin I know he was Past it but canelo couldn't put a even more last it Mosley on the canvas but Pac also punches fast and from all kinds of angles and its the punches you don't see coming that hurt the most. Know doubt Rios punches hard but Pac should be able to see all his punches coming

Pacquiao can break noses with one punch. I would say it's close. But Pac has speed with power and he can hit with 2-5 power shots in a row. A slight edge to Pacquiao.

Rios might havve heavier hands, but Pacquiao is the better puncher. Rios is probably outgunned, but since this is a comeback fight it's ok. It'll be entertaining.
