No one mentioned PEDvetkin, he said Povetkin. Anyway AJ bangs harder than any version of Povetkin/PEDvetkin.

    Joshua obviously...

But its more than power to a great punch.

Timing, setup and combinations are just as important. Povetkin has that.

Whyte is getting way more praise for less. I'm not trying to hype Takam up as more than he is, I didn't say he has a steel chin, he has a DECENT one. I didn't say he's a world beater either - but people are implying he's a bum.

We'll all learn a lot next weekend, no doubt the arguments will be strong in terms of how much AJ adds or loses credit - or how much Takam does, depending on how competitive it is or isn't... but the discussions will be there.

Joshua hits harder, but not by a big margin.

Povetkin..................Povetkin was cleared by VADA, but the WBC had to obey Wilder's orders.................so WBC will never allow Povetkin near Wilder, until he is 45!

Joshua, although his one punch power isn't THAT crazy IMO

Doesn't really get spoken about much as a potential fight but I think Povetkin would be a ****ing nightmare for Joshua stylistically

Joshua hits harder but Povetkin is a smarter fighter and is definitely a good puncher. I’d compare Povetkins power to Ortiz.

Wlad was the hardest hitter in the sport until he retired recently. Now I believe within a couple of years it will be Vlad Sirenko after he perfects his technique. Dude has serious pop.

Povetkin can only knock people out with his fast and accurate combos. AJ I believe has more genuine one punch KO power. Plus can also punch decent enough combos when needed.

It seems that AJ has a stronger one punch, but Povetkin has a higher hand speed and probably better serial work
