Who Hits Harder Razor Ruddock Or Ron Lyle

Razor's uppercut probably has more one punch power. Lyle has better two handed power.

 

Razor for the jab and left uppercut, Lyle for the overhand right and overall power in general.

 

Its hard to make a comparison between HWs like this.

Like how are you even gonna measure it? There ain’t a man in this world that Ruddock and Lyle can’t put out cold if they land their cleanest shot.

I'd probably go with Lyle overall but it's damn close.

 

Did Lyle actually ever KO anyone worth mention? I guess he gets credit for lasting through Shavers bombs to stop him but he's hardly in exclusive company there. Sometimes people conflate "big and scary looking" with actually producing the goods in the ring.

 

Ruddock. Bigger and he seemed to put more mustard on what he was throwing. Lyle does seem like a crisper puncher though.

 

Ruddock invests ridiculously in his left hook which in all likelihood gives him more power. It also held him back as a fighter.

 

Ruddock for 1 punch power but if they throw some textbook combinations I think Lyle actually hits harder

I vote Ruddock.

 

I’m guessing Ruddock’s smash left is the hardest punch of anything between the two men.
