This is true. I had a friend who was a little skinny guy without any power and he would win drinks (bets) from big guys at the bar all the time. He just threw streight punches, hit the bag in the right spot and would get high scores. Big drunk guys would take big swings, hit it at off angles or on the wrong spot and not understand how a little guy could beat them so badly. It was fun to watch but the machine broke so many times they finally took it out.

Against Mario Barrios. Barrios is literally moving up to 147 because he was too big for 140.

It was just rotten all round and the fact the ref immediately waved the fight off on a double foul without even pausing to consider whether it was the right thing to do or not which of course it patently wasn't is absolutely disgraceful. He should've had his licence revoked for that

Barrios is moving up because he wants a payday and doesn't want Josh Taylor.

Twink's KO prowess up at 135 and above

12 round points win over an oompa loomp with the reach of a baby kangaroo and the head of a Bullmastiff who he couldn't even wobble

12 round TKO against a shot beyond belief glass-jawed peg-leg Cuban leprechaun who was hobbling around the like a cripple for the vast majority of the fight after tearing his Achilles tendon in round 2

TKO 11 over the mighty Mario Barrios whose only claim to fame is winning a hometown gift from the three home judges in a vacant world title match up against a seven fight novice who turned his face into a pumpkin. The TMT and PBC hype machines tried to make out Twink was fighting a HW destroyer even though Barrios would've had about 5-6lbs on him and a 3.5'' reach advantage but when Loma who is routinely giving away a bare minimum of 7-12lbs and often 5.5'' in reach and was likely giving away 15lbs and was giving away 5.5'' in reach in his last two fights does it's conveniently ignored

Not saying Twink doesn't hit very hard. He does. But the scientific data simply does not support the claim he's the hardest puncher at 135. Teofimo, Garcia and Commey have more single shot power

Which is a hell of a statement, when you consider he's running up to welter to face Thurman instead.

"...oi, what are we to do about this lion chasing us, mate? I know, let's hop in the river, yeah that one, right where that croc's resting!"

yes, its true. and just to give you some insight into other discussions we are having in other threads, i will offer up the following. nobody had to explain to me that thats how it works. i figured it out the first time i stepped up to the machine and saw how the components work. it is logic and common sense that told me what to do next. every day stuff like that lets me know where i stand intellectually in comparison to the others facing the same problems. so when i call myself intelligent, sounding like im boasting, im not. im sharing insight.
thats why when you, and others, question my intelligence, it makes me laugh. because a lifetime of experience has proven the opposite. and when you question my boxing knowledge, again it makes me laugh. because i continually offer up insight that nobody else on this board offers up. i dont just repeat what 50 other posters have already hammered into the ground. that is reality.
and im not telling you this to rile you up or start another flame war. im telling you in service of truth and reality. thats why i fear no test or measurement. because i know that even if i lose in the challenge, my actual ability will be displayed even in my losing effort, and it will be nothing to be ashamed about.
so when someone questions my intelligence enough to where it gets tiresome, i offer them the chance to prove it. out of a dozen or so who have been given the opportunity, only ovidsexile had enough confidence in himself to take up the challenge. and he scored higher than me. both well above average. and i had told him before that i considered him an intelligent person, even though we disagree on most things. he can testify to that.
so again, im not trying to talk ****, im giving you a window into reality and what IS.

I was agreeing with your post. This is why it’s unwise to interact with mentally unstable people. I’ve never blocked anyone but I don’t have the time or willingness to interact with you. This site is a fun place to distract me from the real world. You are a reminder of the type of mental illness that is a sad reality. I’d rather not be reminded of this. **** off.

this exactly what i expected from you. i responded to your quoting me in an adult tone and stating nothing but facts, and look at how you handled it. a clear display of the different cloths we are both cut from. rarely do i come across such weakness, even in your type.
