unless we get hit and can feel it ourselves it hard to say... in the fights and training I have seen, Wlad hits harder then Vitali.... never saw lewis punch live.... thats the key..LIVE. tape just doesnt show it lets say... BOTH hit F-ing hard
at people are even debating, Lennox by a landslide, Vitali is an arm puncher with decent but none concussive power
so, given briggs took many ful force punches from lewis before capitulating, why do so many think vitali is going to ko him....???....just on workrate/accumulation...??...
This. Vitali doesn't have the same 1 punch power that Lennox or Wladimir have. However neither Lewis or Wladimir have Vitali's punch output, which is off the charts.
Wlad & Lennox are roughly equal in terms of single punch power. Lennox throws more of an overhand right & Wladimir throws more of a straight right.
Sure, because he fought better opposition. On the other hand, I don't see Mavrovic or Mercer last 12 with a young Vitali. I actually believe that before his shoulder surgery, Vitali was on of the hardest punchers ever. Herbie Hide took bombs from Bowe, who could crack a little and it took six knockdowns to end the fight. Vitali basically landed two good punches on Hide and he was gone. Since the surgery, he has become much more of an accumulation puncher.
exactly anyone else who think otherwise are just dummies all you have to do is look at the rahman fight, botha, grant, ruddock, briggs, golota, morrison, all world championship fights , all KOs , ... 2 rds, 2 rds, 4 rds, 2 rds, 5 rds, 1 rd, 6 rd, Vitali since 2000 he has had 14 fights 12 rounds (2) 11 rounds (2) 10 rounds (3) 9 rounds (1) 8 rounds (3) 2003 TKO2 Johnson 2000 KO1 Orlin Norris Lewis fight does not factor in guys with 1 punch KO power end fights by knock out.....and early once in a while....... Lewis punching power is a few notches up....... :deal
