Who honestly scored their first fight for Ward????

to ward BY TWO, that's literally impossible. and that's not close to sarcasm. you're lying, you did not have that to ward BY 2.

it's possible to have as close to kovalev by 2, simply impossible to have ward BY 2, there isn't enough rounds to have ward BY 2.

unless, to you, ward most dominant and best round was round 2

 

Yeah if Ward won it was only by a round, but kovalev didnt win by 4 or 5 like some idiots on here are saying. Yes people call robbery when a fighter they hate beats a fighter they like on points. A robbery is when there is a clear winner and they don't get the decision, this was such a close fight that you cant call robbery for whoever won. I just hope that if Ward wins on points again (which i think he will) he gets the credit for it and people still don't cry robbery.

This is actually what I had, I don't think I was being biased either
as I like both and going into the fight, I thought Kovalev would win.
There are a couple rounds that possibly could've went to Kovalev though,

I don't personally like rescoring after a fight is over, there are no do overs and
you're basically looking to see what you scored wrong.

From what I saw, I believe Ward will win with less controversy this time.

 

The fight was as close as it gets. You can't score the fight wide for either. I preferred the cleaner sharper work of ward towards the latter stages of the fight.

 

I only gave Ward the 5th round of the first 6. And I thought Kovalev clearly took the 10th and 12th.

7-5 plus kd in favor of Kovalev. And I, like dan Rafael feel it's closer to 8-4 Kovalev than 6-6 which would still be a loss for Ward.
80 percent ringside journalists felt Kovalev won.
The crowd felt Kovalev won.
The voters on here felt Kovalev won.
Only 3 blind corrupt judges felt Ward won. Robbery

The scorecards were perfect. Ward won that fight.

Nobody would even be discussing this if Ward hadn't gotten off to such a slow start. Let's be real. He was winning round 1 until he got staggered by a jab. Round 2 was highly competitive until he got dropped. It's not like he was completely outclassed; these are rounds that Kovalev barely edged also.

This. I also had it 7-5 Kovalev because of the knockdown, but Kovalev's low output in the second half really cost him. Kovalev absorbing all of those body shots even though they weren't hard shots doesn't look good to the judges. Ward being able to land body shots at will really worked in his favor. In the championship rounds when Kovalev was gassed Ward stood in front of him and made him look ineffective. Ward's experience in the Supersix really showed in those last two rounds.

 

I had it to Ward originally and had it to Ward on rewatching. It 100% was not a robbery. R11 was Ward's round.

Think Kovalev wins the rematch by KO though.

 

Kov by 3 worst case scenario by 1. However it was mostly what Kovalev didnt do that gave andre rounds. When he was more active in the first half he did well. Ward had no answers and only seemed to do well by Kov's fatigue. I dont know if body shots tired him but he did tire. Still I thought he won clear. for instance he won round 10 clearly but all judges gave that round to ward GTFOH

 

Kovalev 7-5 + including the knockdown.
