Nobody. Arguello would have the best chance.

Chavez Snr imo would get thoroughly outboxed at 130lbs by Floyd. I think a lot of you guys are forgetting how much of a beast PBF was at 130lbs. He wasn't just a supreme boxer at 130lbs... he was a bit of a puncher too

Nobody. Don't believe Armstrong could pull it off in today's type setting.

I really don't think anyone beats him at 130...

In these historical matchups the active fighter being compared doesnt get just credit..It appears to be the case here.

Yea because he didn't challenge Mosley who was a monster at 135 to see who was the best between them.

    People are reaching desperately here.

A few have a chance of beating him there but as far a resume and skill set go at 130 he's the best.

De La Hoya was very green at 130, and only fought there twice. He only had about a dozen pro fights at the time.

He doesn't beat Floyd....the matchup is much better at higher weights.

Lightweights that could come down 5 lbs and take care of bidness
    Roberto Duran
    Benny Leonard
    Tony Canzoneri
    Joe Gans
    Pernell Whitaker
    Carlos Ortiz
Juniorlights @ 130 who should be favored
    Julio Cesar Chavez
    Alexis Arguello
    Hector Camacho
    Azumah Nelson
    Manny Pacquiao
Feathers who could give him the 4 lbs and a boxing lesson
    Willie Pep
    Sandy Saddler
    Jem Driscoll
    Salvador Sanchez
    Abe Attell

And this is just off the top of my head, Floyd the GOAT @130??
