Gatti, Micky Ward, and Salido are getting into the HOF mostly off of entertainment value. Froch is another good one, very limited technically, but had good physical assets.

Incorrect. Bernard Hopkins had about 5 inches more reach than his opponents at middleweight and had height and reach advantages over most of his opponents at light heavyweight.
Wrong again. Morales had great power at super bantam where he started and had a 9 fight KO streak at one point. Maybe, he didn't have a lot of power at the end because he was an old man in his fifth weight class.

Floyd was technically gifted, so were toney and ricardo lopez.
Hopkins was just very well schooled, smart and later on experienced

Idk if he is a HOFer but Ricardo Mayorga was a brawler with very little boxing talent and managed to become a 2 division champ.

Hopkins armlength was just 23 inches compared to a 26.5 for a james toney who was 3 or more inches shorter. That's what I was referring to

Boxrec lists Toney's reach as 72", Jones Jr as 74", Bernard Hopkins as 75". Toney and Jones both went to heavyweight with that. Hopkins only went to light heavy.

the whole thread is wacky. jmm is great one of best boxers i ever seen i put him in the list because when you watch him box he doesnt look that fast or strong. he gets knocked down all the time gets back up wins fights. all hof'er are talented but some less then others and i put jmm in this category. jmm is great tho and he does many things great and has great attributes

Jmm is an all out legend.
Im just gutted he never jumped in the mix with barrera morales and hamed even earlier.for someone whos career was so badly managed he still come up trumps.he was one hard *******,but what he lacked in soeed;he more than made up for in pure boxing brain and counter attack, aswell as granite chin and solid power

Well Tim Bradley won't be in the HOF (I don't think so anyway) but he's gone a long way
with just muscles and heart. A little guy with no power. Takes a licking but keeps on ticking.
