    Be real.

    SRL fought Duran and Hearns.

Who has PBF fought that was anywhere near that dangerous? You could argue his fight with Corrales was close, but after that there is a significant drop off in the level of risk offered by his opposition.

Well Margo beat the guy who was #1 before Saturday night in Cotto. But Paul Williams is a legitimate challenger to him in that he is the only one in the welterweight division that owns a win over Margo and wants to fight him again. So I want to see them fight against to see who is the undisputed #1.

No matter which way you spin it William beat Marg...he doesnt have to beat him twice in order to be number one. That makes no sense...

I say right now it would be a tie between Margarito and Williams. Williams may have lost to Quintana, but got his revenge back in a brutal way.

Williams goes on top because Marg never got his revenge on the guy that beat him. It's like somebody beats you and you go beat somebody else and now your tied?? No way... If Marg wants to be number one then he has to beat the guy who beat him...

Look Joyboy, the way rankings are done when you have 10 or more fighters is to go on number of significant wins. NOT the kind of crackbaby bull**** you are spinning right now.

Williams has two names at 147 on his resume. Quintana and Margarito. That is that. Margarito has Cotto, Cintron and Clottey. All top 10 guys presently. Even Cotto has a better resume at 147 at this time. Cotto has Judah, Quintana, Mosley.

Seeing as Margarito holds a win over Cotto and their resumes are compareable at 147, he takes #1. For Williams to be considered for that top slot he's gonna need another big win. At least to balance out the remainder of the last 2 years.

Hey ****boy, I understand fully how the rankings work. I know the bull**** & politics involved.

In actuallity you have Paul Williams is the man who beat the man who beat the man. The way you spin it then Cotto should be ahead of Williams as well.

So go back to smoking your crack laced chronic...

You are one slow mother****er aren't you?

Margarito was not the MAN. Do you get that? You braindead waste of my time. He was NOT the man.

The only way a man supplants the top position from one victory is if he beats the CHAMP! The recognized, undisputed champion of the division. Seeing as to there is no champ at 147, there is no possible way to just jump everyone else because you hold a victory over the recognized #1.

And yes I would have Cotto ahead of Williams, on the strength of his three wins he has done more at 147 than Williams has. That's just reality. If and when Margarito meets Williams again under unification terms (if Williams doesn't slip again) then it'll be to find out who the champ is. And only then will your dumbass idea of magical chairs be valid.

Anyways have fun in trollsville, you ignorant puddle of skin.

Lets not leave out that Williams has a loss to Quintana also..........since he and Margarito fought......of the two........only williams managed to obtain a loss.

Margarito is the number one welterweight in the world at the moment.

Look you **** smoking clutze...there is more than one train of thought which I see confuses your one track mind. **** the bull****...once a fighter recently beats another I don't consider the loser ranked any higher than his conqueror until he wins a rematch. I guess this is like trying to talk astro physics to a wino... U JUST DONT GET IT...

Dude just go ahead and finish off your cumsicle and call it a night...:hi:

Obviously you don't know how the rankings work my friend.
Ok lets say we look at it your way.

Margarito lost what I consider a contraversial decision to Williams.
Williams lost a Unanimous decision to Quintana while being POUNDED for 12 rounds.
Cotto destroyed Quintana in 5 rounds.
Margarito destroys Cotto in 11 rounds.

Even by your own logic, this leaves Margarito at the top of the heap.
