    Margartio, I give him number 1 due to his shock victory over Cotto. If Paul Williams hadn't lost to Carlos Quintana the first time then I migh have struggled to choose.

    Margarito and Williams need to have a rematch to put to rest who is the best in the welterweight division. As long as Margarito does not face Williams, Williams has a legitimate claim to being #1. So he needs to prove he or Williams is the undisputed #1.
