Who is a better fighter, currently - Mosley or Dawson?

About 60% of ESB fans thought Johnson won the fight. I don't know where that poll is but it's around this board somewhere. Now, either Johnson became a favorite overnight or people actually think Johnson won the fight. :good

 

Who the hell cares? That fight was close and Vargas is a has been anyway.

Collazo has one good win and was injured in that fight. Beating an injured Collazo doesn't mean much.

I bring up Hoya because it illustrates a good point. People are saying Mosley is better than Dawson based on him giving Cotto a good fight, and beating Collazo. Well, Hoya gave Floyd a good fight and KO'd Mayorga. So if we apply the same logic to Hoya, than he is better than Dawson as well.

Dawson won the fight, and Mosley is past it. Deal with it.

 

Because most peope think that if you hurt a guy more in a fight you should win but they neglect the jabs the body work and the combo punching of the other guy did.

A good portion of ESB is made up of Euros who are biased against Americans and will score pretty much any close fight against them if they're not fighting another American.

 

Save those emoticons for all the Europeans who compare every young, black American fighter to Lacy.

The thread title said "currently." Mosley just fought 5 months ago. DLH hasn't fought for a year. There's no telling how he is currently.

Dawson lost that fight and Mosley is past what? His prime? No ****. A past his prime Mosley is still better than Dawson. Deal with it.

Alright, so then after Hoya wipes the floor with Forbes tomorrow we'll put hm ahead of Dawson as well.

 

For beating a blown up 130-135 lb fighter? I would be much more impressed with a close loss to a prime Cotto than a first round KO of Forbes.
