Definitely Whyte, Ortiz has the best chance of winning against Whyte

Whyte has too much power for him, a great left hook, good jab and works the body well.

Ruiz arguably has the quickest hands in the division, a good counter hook, tough chin and relentless come forward pressure that I dont think Ortiz can handle.
