Who is a bigger underachiever: Michael Hunter or Murat Gassiev?

Probably Hunter because hes probably already peaked and some of the cruiseys might have expected him to make noise. Does anyone expect Gassiev to be anything more than number 9 or 10 at HW? I feel if Gassiev became top 5 we wouldn't be shocked but would be a little surprised.
