Ped mess part 1 <<More specifically, it was rumored that Mayweathers A sample had tested positive on three occasions and, after each positive test, USADA had found exceptional circumstances in the form of inadvertent use and gave Floyd a waiver.<<
 <<In late-May, Pacquiaos attorneys heard the rumor. On June 4, 2012, they served document demands and subpoenas on Mayweather, Mayweather Promotions, Golden Boy and USADA calling for the production of all documents that related to PED testing of Mayweather for the Shane Mosley, Victor Ortiz and Miguel Cotto fights. The documents were not produced.<<
alternatively, it could equally be the latest in a litany of techniques employed by memo to hoodwink the testers. we don't know either way.
the evidence exists to confirm or deny these rumours, it has never been released. as above, we don't know either way.
USADA has released positive/negative results for all of the testing for Mayweather's fights. The mere fact that they don't hand out the detailed results to Hauser or Montoya or that they weren't produced (despite their complete irrelevance) to Pacquiao's attorneys does not therefore mean evidence is being withheld from the public.
These agencies (Scandal Makers) will not burn a single major fight before they're locked in to power. Boxers taking part in this farce are being used to ultimately enslave every boxer to very expensive (and rigged) 24/365 testing. "Non profit organizations".. right.. who believes that, in this world we live in? Their low-level workers eat and live better than many active fighters we look up to. Current testing system is closest to being fair for rich and poor.
This post is a complete non-sequitor. Year-round testing is never going to happen given the current lack of a centralized body in the sport, and the people most invested in not stopping a given fight are the commissions and promoters, not the testing agencies. Current testing is however fairest for people who want to dope up without fear of serious consequences. None of this of course has anything to do with the lack of evidence to support Montoya and Hauser's rumor creating and mongering.
you have no idea to the relevance or otherwise of something you've never seen, neither do i. your mind is made up, and that's fine. i'll continue to be sceptical about any elite sportsman, including floyd, pac and jmm, and consider those who aren't as naïve.
